This means employing exclusive breeding practices, combining sweet alfalfa grazing with balanced grain fed ration to ensure maximum marbling and tenderness, not using growth hormones or antiboitics, and keeping a full time nutritionist and veterinarian on staff among many other considerations. Having full ownership in our product from start to finish enables us to provide a product uniquely our own and we take pride in raising the finest beef available.
Over the years we have proactively evolved our ranch operations to meet changes in agriculture and strongly believe consumers want an alternative from generic, mass produced beef sold by the major retailers. Where we would have previously sold our beef to major multi-national packing plants, we are now proud to provide our quality, home-managed, natural products direct to your family under our own Ranch Quality Direct label. We are a fully integrated ranch, provincially approved processor, online beef store, and of course, have a personal meat delivery division.
